Requirements
  • Minimum of 4 years experience within a similar role with at least 1 years management experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience working within a performance management culture
  • Demonstrable commercial experience, particularly in telesales

  • The Corporate Sales team is the engine for the outbound function
  • SDRs will drive the top of the funnel by conducting the initial outreach across multiple lead channels both direct and indirect
  • Key KPIs for the role are focused around new business and volume of clients activated every quarter, with focus on proactive prospecting
