  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 21 years of age
  • Minimum 2 years of guest service and communications experience, demonstrating excellence

Responsibilities
  • Prepare premium spaces and supplies before guest arrival to create a warm and inviting environment
  • Greet guests at the VIP entrance, efficiently scanning tickets and issuing credentials
  • Provide attentive assistance throughout the event, promptly addressing inquiries or concerns
  • Maintain exclusivity in Premium areas by monitoring and enforcing entry for authorized guests
  • Exceed guest expectations with exemplary customer service, effectively resolving issues as they arise during the event
  • Support the Operations team in maintaining organization and cleanliness throughout Premium spaces
  • Serve as a knowledgeable resource for guests regarding venue policies and event details
  • Monitor food displays to uphold high presentation standards
  • Prepare detailed reports and recaps following events, providing valuable feedback
  • Stay informed about Premium experience offerings and contribute to sales initiatives
  • Perform on-site upgrades and sales as needed
  • Assist with event operations as needed to ensure smooth execution
  • Liaise with event staff within Premium spaces to share policies and procedures for guest hospitality efforts
  • Collaborate with the Director and Premium Sales Manager for scheduling, guest list management, activations, and other related tasks
  • Consistently engage with clients to ensure their experience is exceptional, promptly addressing any issues or requests they may have

Legends Global Acquires ASM for $2.3B
