Responsibilities
  • Solving client issues via all channels including chat, email, and phone
  • Becoming a cross-functional team player by partnering with our Customer Success and sales teams
  • Being the voice of the customer by providing feedback to the Product and Engineering teams
  • Helping to improve the customer experience while working in a collaborative, fast-paced, and fun team environment
  • Some after hours and weekend work will be required

JetInsight differentiates itself by combining charter-specific tools with an emphasis on building the world’s largest network of on-demand aircraft, giving operators easier access to available aircraft and optimizing fleet utilization.
