- Familiarity with ATS platforms (Lever) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter)

- Own the full-cycle recruiting process for Rhombus’ Technical and G&A teams, from intake through closing
- Partner with Rhombus hiring managers to define role requirements, align on search strategies, and provide timely updates
- Creatively source qualified candidates through job boards, social platforms, referrals, and direct outreach to grow Rhombus’ talent pipelines
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines to support current openings, future growth, and early career opportunities at Rhombus
- Lead and expand Rhombus’ University Recruiting program, including career fairs, campus partnerships, events, and internship/co-op programs
- Conduct thoughtful interviews and assessments to evaluate technical skills, business acumen, and culture fit while ensuring a positive candidate experience that reflects Rhombus values
- Track recruiting metrics, leverage reporting tools, and provide insights that help guide hiring strategies and decision-making at Rhombus
- Collaborate across teams to optimize recruiting operations, experiment with tools and workflows, and continuously strengthen Rhombus’ brand
- Experience with university recruiting/intern programs (career fairs, intern hiring, student outreach) is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, or related field is a plus
