Responsibilities
  • Configure each company on Transact, including testing and support as code it promoted between environments
  • Attend daily Agile meetings and collaborate with Product and Technical teams to understand each story and what is needed for configuration
  • Support testing and review in Production for each release into Production over the weekend
  • Create job aids and SOP’s for each company as we migrate from our legacy systems to Transact
  • Analyze and review business requirements documents and understand how they pertain to configuration activities
  • Ensure adherence to program governance and change control protocols for a risk averse release and implementation
  • Drive operational readiness activities such as workflow design, process documentation (SOPs), playbook creation, training and risk controls.
  • Data mapping from application to application, including data classification and definitions
