Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years as an HR Business Partner, with significant experience supporting a tech population.
  • Experience in a tech (preferably SaaS) business with a global footprint is strongly preferred.
  • Strong advisory and coaching skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and drive HR initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle complex employee relations issues and deliver practical, business-aligned solutions.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and HR analytics tools, with the ability to leverage data to drive HR strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
Responsibilities
  • Provide frontline HR support to the tech population, addressing employee inquiries, recruitment needs, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Partner with the talent acquisition team to manage tech recruitment and internal mobility.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures, and support the rollout of new HR systems and practices.
  • Advise tech leaders on HR strategies that align with business objectives, including workforce planning, talent development, and retention strategies.
  • Analyze HR data and metrics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement in HR processes.
  • Handle complex employee relations issues, conducting investigations and ensuring resolutions that are fair and consistent with company policies.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, particularly as they relate to the tech workforce.
  • Work closely with HR teams across talent management, total rewards, and HR operations to deliver cohesive HR services.
  • Collaborate with legal, finance, and other business functions to support the evolving needs of the tech teams.
