Requirements
  • Two to three years of payroll experience with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to perform multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer-service skills with the ability to represent the company in a professional manner.
  • Ability to work in our corporate offices 5 days a week.
Responsibilities
  • Provide professional, customer-focused communication to all levels of the organization.
  • Process and reconcile divisional payrolls with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Administer garnishments, tax levies, child support orders, and other deductions.
  • Process general deductions and reconcile related payments.
  • Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies efficiently.
  • Process direct deposit applications and maintain accurate payroll records.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding pay, deductions, and benefits.
  • Assist with system testing, special projects, maintaining and organizing files and other initiatives as assigned.
Desired Qualifications
  • UKG timekeeping and PeopleSoft experience is preferred.
  • Bachelors or Associates Degree in Accounting preferred.
