Requirements
  • 3+ years of administrative office management experience
  • Some experienced-based knowledge of HR functions
  • Some experience in staff or team management
  • Strong computer skills including Office365, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook*
  • Soft skills including proactive problem-solver, ability to influence, motivate and find solutions
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills as well as proofreading and editing abilities
  • Reliable and punctual, take pride in growing and developing individual team members
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant professional education preferred
  • Experience in Real Estate or a similar fast-paced, professional environment desired
  • Candidates are tested for competency in software and office skills
Responsibilities
  • Collaborating with other Operations Managers in your geographic area to deliver first class support including:
  • New agent and employee onboarding, timesheet approval, HR compliance and personnel file management
  • Commercial Real Estate Transaction management including digital record keeping and proper file documentation
  • Manage administrative staff team to ensure quality work product with fastest turnaround times to the sales force; focus on ways to innovate, improve processes, and establish best practices
  • Support of Regional Manager initiatives, expense reports, plus planning and execution of special projects Accounts payable through an SAP system and booking agent commissions using our in-house software
  • Facilities management including equipment, network drives, seating, office maintenance and supply vendors, etc
  • Events planning and management which may include summer parties, holiday parties, recruiting events and other various local events including local community/charitable efforts
