Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Contact applicants who have applied or expressed interest in an opportunity.
  • Confirm candidate interest and explain basic recruiting and scheduling steps.
  • Schedule virtual interviews and career overviews.
  • Confirm appointment details and provide virtual-attendance instructions.
  • Send reminders, monitor upcoming appointments, and follow up with candidates who have not scheduled.
  • Reconnect with candidates who missed appointments and assist with rescheduling.
  • Help candidates navigate scheduling links and redirect detailed job-specific questions to the appropriate recruiter or hiring manager.
  • Maintain candidate notes, record call outcomes, update candidate statuses, and track outreach attempts.
  • Maintain scheduling records, callback lists, and accurate digital candidate records.
  • Communicate with candidates by phone, email, and text when appropriate.
  • Collaborate with recruiters and coordinate with hiring managers.
  • Make frequent outbound calls, leave professional voicemails, and complete follow-up attempts.
  • Track appointments scheduled, confirmed, missed, and rescheduled.
  • Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings.
Desired Qualifications
  • Previous recruiting, scheduling, call-center, appointment-setting, customer-service, administrative-support, reception, inside-sales, telemarketing, lead-follow-up, client-relations, staffing, healthcare-scheduling, hospitality, retail, or sales-support experience.
  • Interest in recruiting, talent acquisition, recruiting coordination, or remote administrative work.
  • Experience with candidate pipeline management, recruiting operations, applicant screening support, recruiting analytics, or team development.
