- Implement system and work processes to meet internal and external requirements regarding functionality, lead-time and any legal requirements.
- Be an escalation point for LSP’s super users for IT and process issues towards global process owners and functional managers.
- Verify that the generic IT and end-to-end process is implemented and used. This is done by driving yearly Audit programs. Results is summarized and reported according to defined reporting structure.
- Drive the collection of issues, consolidate issues, and drive issue resolution by developing generic training or new demand definition towards system or process owners.
- Set up and secure a smooth operation of the end-to-end operation, report competence gaps/training requirements towards line managers.
- Drive implementations on respectively local sites when it comes to new functionalities/processes
