Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- 5+ years of experience managing direct reports including individual development, compensation recommendations, hiring new talent and offboarding leavers
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of IT services and Product Management in complex organizations
- Demonstrate proven relationship management strengths, with clear evidence of an ability to build successful business partnerships and drive strategic direction and effective product backlogs
- Strong skills in influencing and driving collaboration
- Experience with mainstream HR systems, including PeopleSoft, WorkDay or SAP
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite as well as common analytics tools
- Experience within an AGILE environment is desired
- Experience migrating from legacy SAP HCM to SAP Success Factors Employee Central
Responsibilities
- Communicate delivery progress, coordinate product showcases, facilitate community sessions, and negotiates priorities, scope, funding, and schedules
- Lead in justifying business need, defining user stories and acceptance criteria, creation and curation of product backlog, and take an active part in customer testing
- Strategy and planning related to product vision for portfolio including market options, stakeholder needs, product road map and co-ordination of releases and launches
- Build strong relationships and actively engage with the user community through things like forums and groups and across IT (Information Technology) and the wider company
- Contributing to ongoing development and continuous improvement through seeking feedback and input to the most appropriate outcomes
- Directly supervise a small team of analysts, developers, and offshore resources
