Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Design, or a related field.
  • 2+ Years of relevant work experience
  • Strong design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), google slides, and/or other design tools.
  • Ability to operate quickly and efficiently to meet deadlines.
  • Basic understanding of sales processes and strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the global sales enablement team and the London sales team to design and create engaging sales materials, including presentations, one-pagers, strategic assets and more.
  • Facilitate quick turnarounds on timely needs for deals and projects.
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of sales enablement tools and resources to support the London sales team.
  • Support the development and execution of training programs for the London sales team.
  • Work closely with the global marketing team to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all sales/marketing materials.
  • Conduct research to identify trends and insights that can enhance sales strategies.
  • Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Assist in organizing and managing sales enablement projects and initiatives.

  • Experience with sales enablement tools and CRM software is a plus.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
