<h3>Job Description</h3><p>As a HR Intern you will help in the execution of processes, procedures and programs within the HR organization, and will focus on HR metrics maintenance and data analysis.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities will include :</strong></p><ul><li>Assists with the development and maintenance of reports to maximize the automation and utilization of the data in the HRIS systems.</li><li>Be able to come up with new ideas and solutions and implement them</li><li>Completes assigned projects associated with the Human Resources function.</li><li>Be detail-oriented and comfortable working with a lot of data </li><li>Ability to apply innovative solutions to moderately complex problems. </li><li>Help with onboarding new employees</li><li>Demonstrates ability to prioritize and multi-task</li><li>Have a strong desire to work in the HR function and grow </li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or other related field</li><li>Highly proficient in Microsoft Office suite - Excel proficiency is a must! </li><li>To be able to work full time - 40 hours per week</li><li>Knowledge of immigration policies would be an asset</li></ul>
