Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience working with Total Rewards, benefits and payroll in the U.S. and internationally
  • Proficiency in payroll software programs and benefits administration, plus HR Systems
  • Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Working knowledge of relevant legal payroll regulations
  • Able to prioritize and multitask effectively
Responsibilities
  • Lead the Total Rewards Strategy for US, Canada, and UK; create and review budgets with our Finance team. Oversee the implementation of total rewards programs, including salary and benefits plans, performance management, payroll, human resources information management, and recognition programs, including our annual compensation reviews and benchmarking
  • Design and administInclusive and Equitable benefits to attract and retain the best talent
  • Review and administer payroll across all of our entities and locations
  • Design and administer employee benefits globally; track variance and evaluate new benefits while designing annual benefits strategy, and administering open enrollment
  • Manage Sales Incentive Structures and payouts of stock-related compensation
  • Manage ERISA, ACA, EEO compliance and 401(k) audits
  • Experience handling remotely distributed workforce across 20+ states in the US, Canada and the UK/EU
