Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Own and administer the Volcker Rule Compliance Program, including maintaining program documentation and governance artifacts, responding to business and regulatory inquiries, coordinating program reporting, and managing compliance training and awareness initiatives.
  • Perform electronic communications surveillance activities through Behavox, including reviewing, investigating, and adjudicating alerts, escalating potential concerns, and documenting surveillance outcomes to support regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Serve as the backup Behavox Platform Administrator by supporting platform configuration, data management, reporting, user support, and ongoing surveillance optimization.
  • Leverage analytical and technical skills to work with large datasets, generate management reporting, and enhance surveillance effectiveness.
  • Provide advice and guidance to the assigned business or group on implementing solutions aligned with regulatory risk appetite based on business operations and stakeholder needs.
  • Consult on new products, services, and automated systems to incorporate compliance requirements into these initiatives.
  • Influence stakeholders to achieve effective regulatory compliance controls that enable business objectives.
  • Identify and advise on emerging issues and trends to inform decision-making.
  • Help determine business priorities and the best sequence for executing business or group strategy.

  • Represent the business or group Compliance team and interact with examiners and auditors during internal, external, and regulatory audits and examinations.
  • Provide a regulatory perspective on the business group's sales and marketing materials.
  • Anticipate, identify, and analyze risk and the consequences of unaddressed risk factors or compliance gaps, and recommend appropriate controls.
  • Access, monitor, and report on sensitive bank, customer, transactional, and employee information to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Communicate the roles and importance of each of the three lines of defense and proactively identify regulatory risk.
  • Provide specialized consulting, analytical, and technical support.
  • Exercise judgment to identify, diagnose, and solve problems within given rules.
  • Work independently and regularly handle non-routine situations.

Concurrent with the closing of the transaction, BMO and RBC will enter into new exclusive, long-term referral arrangements with Moneris. Radiant Logistics secures $200M revolving credit facility with improved terms and 2031 maturity

Radiant Logistics has completed an amended and restated $200 million secured revolving credit facility, refinancing its existing facility that was due to mature in August 2027. Vireo Growth secures $65M credit facility, expandable to $105M

Vireo Growth Inc., a vertically integrated cannabis company, announced a $65 million senior secured asset-based revolving credit facility through certain indirect non-cannabis subsidiaries. The facility can expand to $85 million and further to $105 million via a $20 million accordion feature. Bank of Montreal leads the five-year facility as administrative agent, with BMO Capital Markets as arranger and bookrunner. Borrowings carry interest at Term SOFR plus 1.75% to 2%, or base rate plus 0.75% to 1%, depending on average availability. The company will use proceeds to refinance existing debt, fund working capital and capital expenditures, and finance permitted acquisitions. The facility is secured by substantially all assets of participating non-cannabis subsidiaries.

Charles River Associates expands credit facility to $400M with six-bank syndicate

Charles River Associates has expanded its credit facility to $400 million through a six-bank lending syndicate. The five-year agreement includes a $75 million term loan and a $325 million revolving credit facility, replacing a previous $300 million facility set to mature in August 2027. The revolving facility can be reduced to $250 million between 16 July and 15 January each year when working-capital requirements are lower. CRA will use proceeds to repay outstanding borrowings, support working capital, fund growth investments, and cover general corporate purposes. The lending group includes Bank of America, Citizens Financial Group, Eastern Bank, and Beacon Bank & Trust, with BMO and M&T Bank joining as new lenders. The expanded facility provides additional liquidity as the consulting firm invests in its global economic, financial, and management advisory operations.
