Requirements
- BS or higher degree in Imaging Sciences, Color Sciences, Optics or related fields
- 8-10+ years of work experience on IQ and ISP tuning
- In-depth knowledge of ISP algorithms and tuning parameters
- Experience in performing ISP tuning for production cameras
- Familiarity with camera components and functions
- Hands-on experience with camera image quality measurement
- Understanding of automotive requirements
- Understanding of AI driven requirements of vision
- Proficient in Python programming
- Experience working on high volume products
- Ability to work under time pressure
- Enjoy working with people
- Be an innovative problem solver
- Have a fine eye for detail, yet the ability to 'zoom out' and see the big picture
- Be a strong and effective communicator
- Be able to work independently, under your own initiative
Responsibilities
- Design and execute camera image signal processor tuning plans for ADAS cameras
- Develop lab setups and test protocols for camera calibration and image quality evaluation
- Drive image quality optimization by working with cross-functional teams and external vendors
- Innovate new technologies for optimizing ISP performance for machine perception
