About the Role
Engagement: GIG / Contract / Appointment-Based
Start: Approximately 10 days from engagement
Compensation: Competitive hourly rate
Lisinski Law Firm is expanding its USCIS operations team and is seeking licensed U.S. attorneys interested in immigrationlaw who value flexibility, autonomy, and work-life balance. This role involves gig-based, appointment-driven court appearances supporting USCIS interviews.
This is not a full-time position. Assignments are scheduled in advance and are designed for attorneys seeking flexible opportunities without full case ownership or long-term employment commitments.
Your Key Contributions
- Serve as co-counsel on client matters, including representing clients at USCIS interviews
- Appear in person at scheduled USCIS Interviews
- Represent clients professionally and ensure accurate communication of case status
- Follow prepared notes, instructions and report outcomes using firm templates

What Makes You a Great Fit
- Active U.S. bar license (any jurisdiction)
- 2-3 years of experience as an attorney
- Immigration experiencerequired
- Background in mock trial, moot court, depositions and/or litigations
