Requirements
  • 10+ years in enterprise sales management and/or partnerships, alliances, or channel leadership, ideally in business-to-business enterprise software.
  • Direct experience recruiting and closing global systems integrators or consulting firms, including Big Four and/or boutique firms, for implementation and services reach.
  • Experience structuring original-equipment-manufacturer-style or embedded-solution partnerships with large technology or industrial providers.
  • Experience standing up or managing a Salesforce-based partner portal, partner relationship management system, or comparable partner technology stack.
  • Ability to operate with significant influence but no formal authority and drive standards and accountability through relationship capital and cross-functional alignment rather than direct reporting lines.
  • Commercial judgment and comfort owning a revenue number, with fluency in partner economics, margin structures, and incentive design.
  • Willingness to travel globally to support partner recruitment and strategic relationships.
Responsibilities
  • Design and own Datacor's overall global partner strategy across all partner types and business units.
  • Build a formal, tiered partner program with clear criteria for tier placement, differentiated benefits, margin and discount structures, and obligations at each level.
  • Define how the program flexes across reseller, referral, technical or co-sell, services or implementation, and strategic original-equipment-manufacturer-style partner motions.
  • Establish rules of engagement, account ownership, and conflict-resolution guidelines between partners and direct sales.
  • Identify, recruit, and close new reseller, referral, technical or co-sell, services or implementation, and strategic or original-equipment-manufacturer-style partners.
  • Manage and grow point-solution listings with broader ecosystem resellers and recruit additional catalog or marketplace-style resale relationships.
  • Build partner agreements and contract frameworks, onboarding, enablement curriculum, certification paths, deal registration, and incentive or commission structures by tier and partner type.
  • Design sales, technical, and marketing enablement programs so partners can sell and implement Datacor solutions effectively and independently.
  • Create quarterly business reviews, scorecards, tier-maintenance criteria, and performance thresholds to ensure partners contribute to pipeline and revenue.
  • Partner with Product Marketing and Demand Generation Marketing to build partner-facing collateral, co-marketing programs, and joint go-to-market plans.
  • Lead the rollout of a Salesforce-based partner portal as the system of record for partner onboarding, deal registration, pipeline visibility, market development funds and incentive tracking, and enablement-content distribution.
  • Own the ongoing management and continuous improvement of the partner portal, including configuration, access and tiering rules, content freshness, and adoption, in partnership with Revenue Operations and Information Technology or Salesforce administration.
  • Define portal requirements and success criteria with Revenue Operations to reflect the tiering model, deal-registration workflow, and reporting needs of each partner motion.
  • Drive partner adoption of the portal as the primary channel for deal registration and pipeline updates.
  • Own partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue growth at or above Datacor's overall double-digit annual growth target.
  • Build the reporting and forecasting cadence for partner-sourced pipeline and bookings with Revenue Operations.
  • Work through regional partner managers to drive day-to-day partner-management pipeline reviews, forecasting, and relationship health while providing strategic direction, program standards, and escalation support.
  • Identify underperforming or misaligned partners and drive tier downgrades, remediation plans, or offboarding as needed.
  • Connect business-unit leaders, Sales leadership, Product, and Marketing so partner strategy reflects business-unit priorities and capacity.
  • Represent partnerships in go-to-market planning, incorporating partner capacity and coverage into territory design, quota planning, and pipeline targets.
  • Serve as the executive-level relationship owner for Datacor's most strategic partners.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience spanning multiple partner motions, including resale, referral, technical or independent-software-vendor, global systems-integrator or consulting, and original-equipment-manufacturer or strategic partnerships.
  • Experience building partner-based programs from a fragmented or immature state, including tiering, incentive structures, and governance from scratch.
  • Experience in industrial, process manufacturing, or engineering software markets.

Practical guidance on modeling pumps under Transient conditions.

Practical guidance on modeling pumps under Transient conditions. Aug 13, 2026 Trey Walters, P.E. Trey W. Walters, P.E., Datacor, Inc.(formerly Applied Flow Technology) - presented at the Proceeding of the ASME 2026 Pressure Vessels & Piping Conference PVP2026, July 19-24,2026, Anaheim California Abstract: There are two common methods of modeling centrifugal pumps during waterhammer transients. One is focused on normal pump operation in the first quadrant, and the other on abnormal pump operation in all four quadrants. The first relies on manufacturer data and is more accurate. The second relies on data derived from other pump tests and is less accurate. Both methods are described, the inaccuracies and limitations of each method are detailed, and guidance is given on which model is preferred in various potential circumstances. A new, third method is presented which involves careful extrapolation of the first method approach. Industrial case studies are presented to demonstrate each of the three methods and which is preferred. Datacor and Cleopatra Enterprise partner to bridge the gap between process engineering and project economics.

Datacor and Cleopatra Enterprise partner to bridge the gap between process engineering and project economics. Mar 31, 2026, 08:00 ET FLORHAM PARK, N.J., March 31, 2026 /PRNewswire/ - Datacor Inc., a leading provider of engineering, process manufacturing, and chemical distribution solutions, and Cleopatra Enterprise, an established provider of project and turnaround cost management software, today announced a strategic partnership connecting process simulation with project cost estimating for EPC companies and owner-operators in the process industries. The collaboration is designed to support faster, more informed decision-making across capital projects. Together, CHEMCAD, Datacor's process simulation platform, and Cleopatra Enterprise's cost estimating capabilities close the gap in how engineering decisions and economic outcomes are managed throughout the project lifecycle. By bridging that gap with transparent cost insight, the partnership gives organizations clearer visibility at every project stage and stronger confidence in investment decisions. For organizations managing front-end engineering and design (FEED) studies, capital investment decisions, or design change scenarios, the key advantage is faster time-to-decision. Rapid scenario analysis enables teams to evaluate economic implications alongside technical decisions and supports more efficient responses to market or design changes. Unlike conventional platforms that are frequently complex, expensive, and difficult to adapt, the joint solution takes a modular, interoperable approach. It reduces software complexity and lowers the overall burden of licensing, implementation, and training - while allowing organizations to work within digital environments tailored to their needs. Cleopatra Enterprise and Datacor share a belief that connecting process design with project economics, early and accurately, is the most reliable path to better investment decisions and more predictable outcomes. About Datacor Datacor is a leading provider of industry-specific solutions that help engineers, process manufacturers, and chemical distributors grow, run, and elevate their business. Backed by deep industry experience and a commitment to continuous improvement, we go beyond software to act as true partners in solving complex process challenges.
