Requirements
  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's degree, at least 2 years of work experience with an advanced degree, or 0 years of work experience with a PhD.
  • A copywriting background with a strategic mindset and a proven track record of leading successful campaigns and teams.
  • Experience running or supporting advertising campaigns, preferably on a global scale, with a deep understanding of full-funnel creative.
  • A portfolio demonstrating creative campaigns that influenced culture and contributed to cultural conversation.
  • The ability to write, articulate and execute strategy through creative output, and stay ahead of trends.
  • The ability to collaborate across the full spectrum of the media mix and work effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Strong presentation, written communication, and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present with impact.

Responsibilities
  • Lead by example by applying strong writing craft to every brief.
  • Pitch breakthrough creative ideas that answer the strategic brief.
  • Build and maintain relationships with Marketing executives by understanding campaign needs and driving creative excellence across touchpoints.
  • Deliver creative campaigns for the Visa brand and client marketing.
  • Innovate and stay ahead of advertising trends and capabilities.
  • Influence and inspire teams globally through crafted and strategic creative campaigns across upper-, middle-, and lower-funnel assets.
  • Help lead, inspire, and collaborate with internal teams and client partners.
  • Build client relationships and influence creative decisions through strong presentations.
  • Contribute to a culture that fosters creativity and inspiration.
  • Ensure quality in all creative output.
Desired Qualifications
  • At least 6 years of work experience with a Bachelor's degree, at least 4 years of relevant experience with an advanced degree, or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD.
  • 6-8 years of experience.
  • Deep agency-side or brand-side experience working with or at global brands.
  • A track record as a thought leader on successful creative, brand development, and multichannel marketing campaigns.
  • Experience on campaigns that achieved significant business results and industry recognition.
  • Experience working on successful pitches.
  • Proactive ideation.
  • Experience modeling and influencing aspirational behaviors such as leading courageously, customer focus, collaboration, and executional excellence.
