Technical Program Manager, Lead
The Opportunity:
We’re a fast-paced, highly collaborative software engineering team building and launching capability for Enterprise web-based systems in the cybersecurity field. We’re looking for a passionate, customer-focused Technical Program Manager (TPM) in software engineering and cybersecurity. You’ll have the opportunity to work on automation of nation-level, mission-critical Cyber defense processes, workflows, and sensor data in security risk management, compliance, and continuous monitoring.
You know that TPMs touch multiple parts of the business and wear multiple hats. You’ll be responsible for driving the full SDLC from customer requirements intake, requirements analysis, design, and implementation to deployment and operations. You’ll drive software development schedule and scope, and coordinate tasks across teams for feature lifecycle and operations.
You should have a background in software engineering, and understand solutions architecture, web technologies, functional and technical requirements analysis, and Agile processes. You should be a self-starter able to execute tasks hands-on when needed while coordinating tasks of team members, and be able to identify bottlenecks and improve processes.

You Have:
6+ years of experience working on software engineering teams fielding capability to Enterprise-scale production web-based systems
3+ years of experience as a software engineering manager, technical lead, or technical manager with Agile processes
Knowledge of solutions architecture, web technologies, relational databases, networks, Cloud, and security
Ability to work with minimal guidance to drive, schedule, and execute tasks for new solutions, features, integrations, deployments, and operations
Secret clearance
Bachelor’s degree
Nice If You Have:
Experience with Security Compliance, including RMF or ATO processes, NIST, FedRAMP, or GRC tools
Experience with Software and Security Operations, including DevSecOps, Software CI/CD and Supply Chain, or Vulnerability Management
Experience with C#, .NET, SQL, AWS, and Containers
Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills, including communication of technical concepts, presentations, and facilitating requirements or technical meetings
Master’s degree
DoD 8570 IAT II Certification such as Security+ or CISSP Certification
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $96,600.00 to $220,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
