Responsibilities

Lead the technical Configuration Management discipline to ensure requirements, design, development, and operational information remains consistent throughout product lifecycle
Represent Shield AI as the Configuration Management Lead point of contact for all customers, including US Department of Defense (DoD), Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), and international customers
Coordinate in a collaborative cross-functional team and support multiple products, programs, and customers
Utilize Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and Agile practices to rapidly iterate and deliver consistent quality products
Lead the Change Control Board (CCB) and Engineering Change Order (ECO) processes
Define product lifecycle definitions and states towards product release and delivery
Trace specific configuration identification to capabilities, requirements, interfaces, interdependencies, and verification activities

Experience with SAE EIA-649-1 and MIL-HDBK-61B/C

You’ll drive decisions that balance business needs with the requirements of the customer. Your team will create and maintain documentation that is consolidated, clear, and accurate. You will raise issues, suggest and implement solutions to business processes.

Location guidelines-

Onsite = 5 days/week

Hybrid = Several days in the office

Remote = Remote but able to come to the office as requested for business needs
