Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in performance marketing with a deep specialization in Paid Social.
  • Experience working in-house for a DTC eCommerce brand or in an agency environment working on DTC eCommerce brands is required.
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale marketing budgets and optimizing spend for growth.
  • Prior experience with people management with the proven ability to inspire and lead junior teams to success.
  • Solution-oriented mindset with excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Passion for beauty, technology, and e-commerce.
  • Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making and problem-solving.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and expand growth initiatives, focusing on Paid Social, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest and other emerging platforms.
  • Mentor and manage a team of performance marketers, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
  • Manage large-scale budgets to ensure efficient allocation of resources, optimizing spend to maximize ROAS and business growth.
  • Collaborate with core teams: marketing, design, and analytics to drive impactful Paid Social campaigns.
  • Manage relationships with external partners and ensure timely delivery of assets for Paid Social campaigns.
  • Work closely with the creative team to develop content that resonates with target audiences across social platforms.
  • Create and approve creative briefs for Paid Social placements, ensuring alignment with audience targeting and content strategies.
  • Identify new Paid Social opportunities to drive customer acquisition and increase channel revenue.
  • Analyze campaign performance, sharing insights with the broader team to refine strategies and optimize future efforts.
  • Partner with the data team to establish a robust reporting framework for Paid Social performance metrics.
  • Continuously test creative elements, messaging, and promotions to optimize campaign results.
  • Strategize campaigns to align with business revenue and ROAS goals, ensuring the most effective use of large-scale marketing budgets.
