Your Impact:

You will be developing a new operating system that will change the future of edge processing. Using the latest hardware features, integrated with novel software solutions, to create a secure and performant ecosystem that allows for distributed execution across a heterogeneous environment. 

What You’ll Do:

• Distributed, Network-Aware Operating System development

• Distributed resource management and code execution

• Development to enable software to boot and execute on a universal set of platforms

• Custom hardware driver development focused on a unique blend of security and functionality

• Be a technical leader providing critical feedback, direction, and product ownership

• Further our culture of mentorship, guidance, and learning

You Should Have:

• 5+ years of experience writing software that initializes and controls hardware or writing operating system logic to enable applications to seamlessly interact with hardware. 

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical field

• Excellent C programming skills

• Experience with Rust

Bonus if you have:

• X86 assembly and/or ARM assembly

• Multi-threaded firmware development

• Experience porting code between platforms
