MUSC Health – Columbia Medical Center Northeast is seeking full-time BC/BE General Cardiology physicians for a well-established, nationally ranked heart and vascular practice located in Columbia, South Carolina. Providers will be based at either MUSC Health - Columbia Medical Center’s Northeast campus and will have full access to cardiac CT and MRI, 3D echocardiography, cardiac PET and SPECT equipment, as well as a cardiac catheterization lab and electrophysiology equipment via the downtown location.
The Columbia practice is part of MUSC Health’s greater Heart & Vascular Center, which provides compassionate care and advanced treatment to patients across South Carolina. MUSC Health Heart & Vascular Center has received the Society of Thoracic Surgeons’ 3-star rating 20 years in a row, is accredited by the Society of Chest Pain Centers, and is a BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina BlueDistinction® Center for Cardiac Care.

Every year, our exceptionally skilled physicians save and transform hundreds of lives. We invite you to join a hardworking team of 20 cardiologists, 2 cardiovascular surgeons, and 17 cardiology APPs to provide advanced treatment and personalized care to patients in Columbia, SC, and the surrounding communities.
About the position:
- 25-35 patients per day
- 1:06 call schedule
- Access to cardiac CT, MRI, 3D Echo, PET and SPECT equipment, electrophysiology equipment, and a cath lab
- Dedicated group of over 36 providers promoting teamwork, efficiency and excellent patient care
- Well-respected Heart & Vascular practice with a 40-year history in the community
