3+ years of software development experience on Microsoft stack (C# .NET Core)
Appetite for complex technical challenges and clockwork engineering: having your application performing at 90% of its potential is not satisfying, you aim at the four nines
Passion for delivering high quality and efficiently tested code: state of the Software Craftsmanship art

Responsibilities

Work in an agile, international and multi-expertise team
Think and co-design new functionalities with Product team on multiple product lines (inventory management, campaign programming, insights, revenue optimization, …)
Design & develop, clean coded, elegant and robust solutions: high performance, strong resilience and scalability are our standards
Create new (or improve existing) backend microservices, using latest frameworks/patterns (.NET 6/7, gRPC, DDD, …), and hybrid-cloud hosting environments (Docker, Kubernetes, GCP)
Implement monitoring and testing of your developments, review code of your team mates(Automatically)
Build, deploy, monitor and fine-tune your applications using Gitlab, Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus, etc…
Participate in the creation of new backend standards: architecture, conventions, packages, etc…
Use the rest of your time to: Take part to architecture discussions to improve our stack and learn in autonomy during our Smart days

As a member of our Supply Backend team, based in Paris, your mission will be to build, improve and continually grow the core of Equativ’s business: our delivery and bidding engines. You will work in collaboration with the Product team (and all other tech teams) to think, design and develop new features by providing well-thinked, innovative and sustainable solutions for our applications. Along with this strong business orientation, Supply Backend is also responsible, as all other Backend teams, for the continuous improvement of our stack, architecture and our quality.

What you’ll do ✏️
