- Ability to manage UAT and CAT testing sessions, including scenario development, user coordination, and tracking defects
- Experience creating process documentation, user guides, SOPs, and support workflows
- Clear and concise communication, including the ability to break down complex topics for non-technical audiences
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, priorities, and timelines
- Detail-oriented, especially in documenting requirements, analyzing defects, and validating system behavior
- Proactive problem-solver, able to trace issues across interacting systems and propose logical paths to resolution
- Collaborative and team-oriented, comfortable working with large enterprise teams and cross-functional stakeholders
- Minimum of 13 years’ relevant experience
- A degree from an accredited College/University in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline is preferred
- Able to perform all functional duties independently on high-visibility programs, or mission critical aspects of a given program
- Able to oversee the efforts of direct reporting resources and/or be responsible for the efforts of all staff assigned to a specific job
- Experience training/mentoring less experienced personnel
- Able to obtain Postal clearance
