Litify is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our Engineering team! As an Engineer, your main focus will be to work within the Salesforce eco-systems, where you will write clean and scalable code. You will also assist with the design, analysis, development, implementation, and deployment of new data-driven applications. The ideal candidate has the ability to function in an agile software development lifecycle and will thrive in a hands-on, focused, productive and team-oriented environment.
In this role, you will:
- Focus on developing in the Salesforce ecosystem and write scalable and maintainable frontend Javascript and backend apex
- Work closely with product managers for scoping and roadmap discussions
- Mentor junior developers
- Design complex solutions based on product requirements
To be successful in this role, you have (required):
- 5+ years of experience with full stack development
- A drive to continue to improve your skill set and take on more challenging projects
- 2+ years experience working in a Salesforce environment
- A willingness to help educate and grow teammates
- An ability effectively communicate with peers in Engineering and Product
Nice-to-have:
- Familiarity with Salesforce:
- LWC
- Apex
- General Security Practices
- Familiarity with AWS or other cloud provider
- 3+ years of Node.js experience
- Serverless architecture on AWS (API Gateway, Lambda, DynamoDB, S3)
- AWS certifications, especially “AWS Certified Developer - Associate”
- Salesforce certifications
- Containerized applications
- CI/CD experience
- Multi-account AWS account architecture

The estimated pay range for this role is $130,000. You may also be offered a bonus, equity grant, and benefits.
