The Job:
As a Senior Customer Supply Chain Forecasting Analyst, you’ll be part of our Global Supply Chain team as a Hybr employee. In this role you’ll get to:
- Partner with the Customer Supply Chain and Demand Planning Teams to drive forecast improvements at a Customer centric level for both short-term and long-term plans
- Drive KPI Improvement through Customer Centric Forecasting insights (Forecast Accuracy, On-Time in Full and Service Level
- Lead Internal and Customer facing forecast meetings to drive impactful planning improvements
- Responsible for tracking and reporting forecast findings and developing process enhancements regarding forecast comparisons, consumption and promotional accuracy across all Business Units.

Desired Experience & Education:
- BA/BS Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Operations Mgt, Demand Planning or related required
- 5 years Customer Operations, Supply Chain experience
- Solid computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, SAP, Excel, Business Warehouse, JDA or other Demand Planning software)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal required

The base pay range for this position in California, Colorado, Washington, New York, Maryland is $74,000- $133,000 per year. Pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on payment may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
