  • Bachelor degree
  • 5+ years solution selling to high level Marketing Executives and 2+ years in digital marketing
  • Multi-location (including franchise) and enterprise selling experience a huge plus
  • Familiar with value-based and consultative selling strategies
  • A hunter with a proven record of bringing in new business revenue
  • Demonstrated ability in problem solving, strong prioritization skills
  • Excellent communication skills: listening, verbal, written, presentation and closing
  • Collaborative team player with the confidence and integrity to earn people's confidence, internally and externally, and put them at ease
  • Exceptional at networking, initiating and building relationships
  • Ability to understand and articulate value propositions
  • Ability to analyze the impact of decisions before executing
  • Coachable, Self-motivated, and responsible individual who will represent the company with the highest level of integrity and professionalism
  • Computer proficient in email, Internet, google suite & Microsoft applications
  • Salesforce.com experience a plus
Responsibilities
  • Achieve sales targets
  • Actively call, email and meet prospects (virtually and in-person)
  • Target potential leads to build sales pipeline
  • Maintain knowledge of competitors and best practices to strategically position the value of Evocalize products
  • Establish a professional and consultative working relationship with potential customers by developing an understanding of their business needs, and shaping Evocalize product solutions and strategies that address these needs
  • Develop pitches and proposals, deliver customer presentations and close business
  • Efficiently leverage leaders, sales teams and partners to seek out new opportunities and close business
  • Record all customer/prospect communications and maintain the company's Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) system
  • Provide accurate forecast and pipeline updates as required; strive to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency
  • Other duties as required by management
