FPGA Verification
Overview
Utilize state-of-the-art verification methodologies to create a fully random class-based verification environment to validate a next-generation Metrology sensor solution.
The Opportunity
Work term length: 8 to 12 months
Input work term model: onsite
Responsibilities
The input title here responsibilities would include but not be limited to the following:
- Understand the device-under-test by reading technical documentation and/or HDL code
- Design and document the verification plan
- Implement the verification environment and test cases according to the documented plan
- Communicate effectively with others regarding findings/concerns
Education Qualifications
- Third- or fourth-year student enrolled in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field of study
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with Verilog and SystemVerilog
- Comfortable with Linux/Unix systems
- Experience with scripting languages such as Perl, BASH, etc…
- Strong understanding of digital logic and circuit design
- Strong understanding of FPGA Verification tools and methodologies
- Comfortable with Object-Oriented design methodologies
- Understanding of CPU architecture
