  • 3-5 years’ experience in business development, key account management, or retail sales within FMCG, Consumer Electronics, C&C, Office Supplies, or Trade Retail in the UK&I market
  • Strong negotiation skills, sales acumen, and trustworthiness
  • Experience negotiating with buyers/retailers and sales agency coordination
  • Ability to plan and execute successful Joint Business Plans with retailers for maximum visibility and product rotation
  • Highly disciplined professional with a focus on operational excellence
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, result-driven, and data-driven
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills with full English professional proficiency
  • Additional languages are a plus
Responsibilities
  • Steering and growing the distribution network, getting SumUp on shelf at key retailers and e-tailers
  • Managing and engaging top retail partners for UK&I within various verticals
  • Coordinating the UK&I sales agents and steering strong Commercial Plans
  • Establishing long-term business relationships with high-revenue/growth retail customers
  • Identifying and executing opportunities to drive brand awareness and market share in the area
