  • 3-6 years of experience and a proven track record in business development, key account management, or retail sales, particularly within FMCG, Consumer Electronics, Cash & Carry, Office Supplies, or Trade Retail in the UK&I market
  • Exceptional negotiation skills and a strong sales acumen, with a reputation for trustworthiness and a successful history of negotiating with buyers and retailers.
  • Strong negotiation skills and sales acumen. Solid experience negotiating with buyers/retailer and sales agency coordination is essential for this role;
  • Plan and execute complete and successful Joint Business Plans with retailers, both on-line and off-line to secure maximum visibility and product rotation;
  • A highly disciplined professional who drives operational excellence
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills and full English professional proficiency. Additional languages are a plus
Responsibilities
  • Drive the Brick & Mortar business by expanding our distribution network, ensuring SumUp products are prominently featured in key retail and e-tail locations.
  • Manage and engage top retail partners for UK&I within Consumer Electronics, Cash & Carry, Office Supply and other verticals. You will be responsible for the sales cycle from first contact to the signing of the partnership agreement steering strong Commercial Plans across the year. In doing that you will be coordinating the UK&I sales agents.
  • Be empowered to do your job and have strong ownership over the strategy to grow the retail forecasts and performance for the given area/retailers/vertical.
  • Build long-term, strategic relationships with high-revenue retail customers, ensuring our brand's relevance and growth.
  • Identify and execute opportunities to drive brand awareness, performance and market share within the area in retails.
  • Co-lead expansion of our retail partnerships, leveraging your expertise to identify and engage with potential partners that align with our brand values and growth objectives
