PERFORMANCE MARKETING LEAD

What experience should you have:

• 5+ years experience supporting clients with Google Marketing Platform solutions in a professional services environment (strategy, implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting). 
• Strong working skills in Google Marketing Platform (Google Analytics 360, Search Ads 360, Display and Video 360, Campaign Manager 360).
• Knowledge of various digital advertising channels such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid media platforms.
• Ability to leverage data analysis to drive strategy.

What you’ll be doing in this role:

• Ensure clients derive value and business impact through the Google licensing solutions we resell.
• Provide a consistent and efficient delivery approach to supporting all Google licensing products for our clients (both direct and agencies).
• Advance team standards, success metrics, feedback, growth, scalability.
• Engage with licensing clients to understand and convert cross-sell opportunities.
• Support the Google partner relationship with Further’s Business Development Google Partner Manager.
• Build the expertise of our team through mentoring, training, and sharing best practices.

What you’ll need to accomplish in your first year:

• Proactively identify cross platform opportunities for clients who may benefit from another Google product or Further service.
• Successfully renew reseller contracts at 90%+.
• Grow the existing Google Partner Manager relationships.
