Requirements
  • 3 to 5 years’ experience of relevant work in a fast-paced environment
  • high proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • experience with Sharepoint and Confluence management
  • experience with expense reporting and travel management tools (Concur & Egencia preferred)
  • highly capable managing multiple tasks and supporting multiple teams and leaders
  • experience working on assignments that are moderately complex in nature where judgement is required to resolve problems and making routine recommendations
  • effective communicator, both written and verbal
Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain multiple Vice Presidents’ complex calendars to ensure accurate scheduling and organization inclusive of making decisions on behalf of the VPs to ensure meeting requests support time management priorities and meeting hygiene objectives
  • Coordinate VPs staff meetings, events, and off sites, including agenda management, meeting logistics, off-site organization, and material preparation
  • Develop and lead administrative processes for a globally distributed team including but not limited to space coordination, procurement, alias management, internal / new hire onboarding, and event management
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel including scheduling and end-to-end logistics and timely expense report processing
  • Seek to improve efficiency for VPs and teams with processes, meetings, and schedules
  • Exercise sound judgment, tact, diplomacy, integrity, and professionalism in all transactions to include communicating and working with highly confidential and sensitive information
