Job Description:
Accenture Federal Services is seeking a HR Technology Consultant to support HR technology transformation. You will advise, lead and work on high impact activities within the systems development lifecycle, and provide advisory work for the IT function itself.
Responsibilities include:
- Conduct requirements analysis, mapping of current state process, and designing future state processes around talent and HR.
- Provide analysis of alternatives to technology and tools.
- Create dashboards in power BI to help with project delivery and provide decision support for client executives.
Here’s what you need:
- 7+ years of experience in business architecture design implementation, change management efforts, business support, analysis or business process redesign or 4+ years of experience in business architecture design implementation, change management efforts, business support, analysis or business process redesign and Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience with Agile change, Architecture Governance, Application Architecture Blueprint & Design, and Process Design Mapping & Analysis
Bonus points if you have:
- Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint
- Proficiency Data visualization experience (Tableau or Power BI) desired
Security Clearance:
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York City or Washington as set forth below and information on benefits offered is here.
Role Location: Range of Starting Pay for role
California: $90,700 - $147,100
Colorado: $90,700 - $127,100
New York City: $105,000 - $147,100
Washington: $96,600 - $135,200
