Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting or Related Discipline or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Ability to translate data and information into clear, professional reports and analyses that offer insightful interpretation
- Ability to work under deadlines and complete projects on time with accuracy
- Strong research and writing skills
- Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Salesforce. Argus experience preferred
- Must be organized, detail oriented, and on point
- Passion for research and mastering repetitive data
- Hard working, dependable, and highly ethical
- Salesforce and CRE Industry applications such as CoStar are considered a plus
Responsibilities
- Interpret data from a variety of sources to assess market's economic environment and to evaluate commercial real estate opportunities and trends
- Develop analysis and reports to enhance client understanding of market trends and investment opportunities
- Compile and personally verify data from across the country to proactively track ownership, availability, and sale of commercial properties
- Grow an accurate and complete database of commercial real estate inventory, conducting multiple daily interviews to brokers, developers, investors, and other real estate professionals to obtain real-time property and transaction data
- Dissect trends and collaborate with senior partners to verify data that will help tell the story of a specific market
- Develop Cash Flow Projections utilizing Argus AE
- Gather and evaluate economic, demographic and real estate market data
