  • B.A./B.S. in related field or equivalent work experience
  • Qualified candidates can expect a salary beginning at $180,000 or more depending on experience
  • Act as Microsoft liaison to support proposed investable models, strategic sales plays, and alignment of all Programs and GTM strategies regionally
  • Act as “Microsoft Advocate” in the digital space by creating next generation digital content in collaboration with Marketing and Film teams for website landing page, social media, and events while being the channel brand of Pax8 + Microsoft
  • Act as “thought leader” and drive execution of next logical practice that are appropriate for the partner's needs and business model with a Microsoft GTM and Programs for Pax8 Americas
  • Ensure partners are equipped with the right tools and resources to compete effectively against every competitive scenario they encounter throughout Pax8 Microsoft Programs, sales and GTM strategies
  • Provide insights and performance reporting to the Americas CRO and SVP for Business Development as well as to the Senior Director of Microsoft Programs - Corporate, aligning to the WW ROB
  • Manage the innovation, creation, and collaboration with company provided resources to drive partner enablement and recruit partners and maintaining a tight alignment with VSM, Academy, Finance, Marketing, ProServe, Sales and peers
  • Career Coaching and Development with direct reports
  • Ongoing development of and reporting on OKR's
  • Drive the Directors of Microsoft team's educational and certification initiatives alongside with Pax8 Academy
  • Participation in all Microsoft Regional MBR's and QBR's
  • Build executable GTM plans aligning to the Global Microsoft business plan
