Equipment Technician

Vixxo is seeking a full-time Equipment Technician who will service San Diego, CA, and the surrounding areas. Compensation ranges from $26 to $29 per hour, depending on experience.

THE ROLE:

TOP RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Repair and perform scheduled maintenance on the following equipment types throughout an assigned territory:
• Commercial Espresso and Coffee systems by Franke and other manufacturers
• Turbo Chef, Merry Chef, and other commercial oven types
• Other equipment types and repairs based on skillset
• Manage the sorting, cycle counts, and delivery of inventory per established customer guidelines from a secured facility
• Own relationships with your customers and inspire customer loyalty through providing professional and reliable services that adhere to all safety rules
• Meet Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements required by customers, which include conducting thorough inspections, performing timely maintenance on equipment correctly the first time, and completing descriptive and accurate paperwork.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Inventory management experience in handling, sorting, and cycle counting
• At least 1 year of experience servicing equipment, preferably with experience using proper testing equipment and practices for general electric and water troubleshooting.
• At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing or customer service role
• Smart phone proficient in inventory, managing, scheduling, and other tasks
• Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs without assistance
