  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Microsoft Enterprise Administrator.
  • At least 2 years of Microsoft Exchange administration experience.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure administration and development.
  • Proficient in managing Microsoft Server 2013/2016 environments.
  • Strong knowledge of SharePoint intranet/extranet architecture and farm management.
  • Proven experience with network troubleshooting, server administration, and Active Directory.
  • Experience with vulnerability remediation aligned with cybersecurity standards.
  • Skilled in Microsoft 365 migration, deployment, and management.
  • Expertise in PowerShell scripting for automation and management tasks.
Responsibilities
  • Lead coordination and management of infrastructure-related activities through team members and subordinates.
  • Provide technical advice and guidance on enterprise infrastructure management including security, compliance, and support technologies in accordance with USMC information enterprise strategy and directives.
  • Review and oversee designs and implementation of SharePoint farm topologies (medium to large scale) aligned with Microsoft Best Practices.
  • Manage and maintain Microsoft Server environments (2013/2016), including service applications, web applications, and farm features/solutions.
  • Ensure vulnerability remediation for servers is performed timely and in compliance with cybersecurity policies, including reporting.
  • Analyze and communicate network and infrastructure issues effectively to both peers and management.
  • Plan, evaluate, migrate, deploy, and manage Microsoft 365 services.
  • Administer network infrastructure, Active Directory, server environments, and automate tasks using PowerShell.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain scalable, compliant infrastructure supporting HQMC applications and services.
Desired Qualifications
  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
  • Microsoft Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert
  • Prior experience supporting Marine Corps Enterprise Network (MCEN) or DoD IT environments.
  • Knowledge of compliance frameworks and USMC information enterprise strategy.
  • Familiarity with service desk support integration within cloud/on-prem environments.
