Requirements
  • 3-5 years experience in consumer, product or user insights & market research
  • Experience with a broad range of qualitative and quantitative research methods
  • Understanding of research industry best practices
  • Passion for driving clear insights paired with business context to drive action
  • Bonus: Experience in CPG, D2C, FoodTech or Retail companies
Responsibilities
  • Lead and support a variety of research initiatives
  • Act as a copilot to the GM’s and Product Management team
  • Partner with stakeholders from Product, Culinary, Marketing, etc.
  • Translate product and business needs into learning plans
  • Analyze and synthesize multiple data sources
  • Champion the consumer voice and user experience
