Exciting opportunity to become our Associate Partner Manager, where you serve as both an advocate and expert on Loop. This role sits in our Partnerships team and you’ll be the center of several functions within Loop to drive collaboration cross-functionally, each of which plays an important role in these platform relationships to maximize platform opportunities and resolve challenges.
As Associate Partner Manager you will be responsible for supporting the activities of a Loop’s partner managers in managing relationships with key partners. The role involves working closely with partner managers to identify potential areas for growth, create and implement strategies to increase partner pipeline, and establish and maintain strong relationships.
Loop HQ is a state-of-the-art office located in Columbus, Ohio, and more than half of our team works remotely across the United States and Canada. You can choose to join us in the Columbus office or stay fully remote in this role.
What You’ll Do:
- Support partner managers in the execution of joint partner go-to-market plans
- Collaborate and support co-marketing campaigns with Loop’s marketing team to increase pipeline
- Collaborate with partner managers and GTM teams to ensure merchant needs are met and accelerate inbound and outbound referrals
- Act as a liaison between the Loop and its partners to manage communication and ensure that partner expectations are met
- Prepare reports and presentations on partner performance and activities
- Become a subject matter expert on Loop and ecommerce
Your Experience:
- 1+ years of partner manager experience working within the SaaS/ecommerce industry
- Excellent communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills
- Can work well as part of a team and as an individual contributor
