Requirements
  • 1+ years of partner manager experience working within the SaaS/ecommerce industry
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills
  • Can work well as part of a team and as an individual contributor
Responsibilities
  • Support partner managers in the execution of joint partner go-to-market plans
  • Collaborate and support co-marketing campaigns with Loop's marketing team to increase pipeline
  • Collaborate with partner managers and GTM teams to ensure merchant needs are met and accelerate inbound and outbound referrals
  • Act as a liaison between the Loop and its partners to manage communication and ensure that partner expectations are met
  • Prepare reports and presentations on partner performance and activities
  • Become a subject matter expert on Loop and ecommerce
