Requirements
  • Ability to work 20 hours per week for the duration of internship
  • Rising junior or senior actively pursuing a degree in Information Technology or related field at an accredited university during internship
  • Students must be authorized to work in the U.S. without future visa sponsorship requirements
  • This position is part of our GBD (Government Business Division) division, the applicant and incumbent fall under a `sensitive position' work designation and may be subject to additional requirements beyond those associates outside Government Business Divisions. Requirements include but are not limited to more stringent and frequent background checks and/or government clearances, segregation of duties principles, role specific training, monitoring of daily job functions, and sensitive data handling instructions. Associates in these jobs must follow the specific policies, procedures, guidelines, etc. as stated by the Government Business Division in which they are employed
  • Excellent Problem-solving, Analytical, and Organizational skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and oral
Responsibilities
  • Documentation of requirements in the following tools: Jira and Confluence
  • Communicating and presenting requirements with internal and external customers
  • Understanding existing systems and how to integrate new requirements into platforms
  • Learning the Scaled Agile (SAFe) methodology
  • Updating documentation or migrating data from old requirements system to new system
  • Creates and executes test cases and ensures feature testing effectively validates that the system meets the functional and non-functional requirements
