- 5+ years hands-on experience with Business Objects 4.1 version
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Experience in creating BO Universe using Information Design Tool
- Oracle experience and SQL Server Database experience; ability to write queries, functions and stored procedures
- Evaluate development requests from business line, provide high level estimates, collaborate with business to determine priority and target timelines
- Review Business Requirements documents
- Create technical design documents
- Lead the resolution of complex issues
- Assist with routine administrative tasks related to project
- Experience working with Business Objects Publication and Crystal Reports
- Experience with MS Business Intelligence tools
