Role Scope/Summary:
We’re looking for an exceptional Learning and Development Manager (Individual Contributor) who will be responsible for creating and delivering internal programming that will help our own team members gain the skills they need across all areas of the business. Reporting to the Director, Global Enablement, the ideal candidate will have experience across multiple areas of learning and development including delivering and enhancing already-created content, supporting the onboarding and everboarding of new employees, creating new training content based on business needs and be ready to champion the needs of all Built team members throughout their tenure with Built. Our ideal candidate will be an outstanding facilitator of change and learning, supporting a growth mindset culture at Built.

In this Role, You Will:
- Continue building out and subsequently manage the competency-based team-specific 30/60/90 Day Program, aligning it with the existing New Hire Onboarding Program
- Lead New Hiring Onboarding sessions as assigned
- Measure the impact of the program as it relates to decreasing ramp-time to productivity for all team members
- Lead/Support the delivery and training (virtual and in-person) of a vast array of programs for new and existing employees for all levels of the organization - Peer2Peer Workshops, Lunch + Learns, etc.
- Support team members to create workshops and learning experiences, e-learning, and live training
- Gain a detailed understanding of Built products, processes, and client industries to strengthen our employees’ connection with our clients and prospects
- Identify internal knowledge or skill gaps and recommend/develop training solutions that will support the development of internal teams (with support from Manager of Internal Training)
- Coach our employees to navigate change, learn new information, seek opportunities to grow
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in internal training/learning/development
- Strong skills/experience in project management and change management
- Experience in building and iterating team-specific and all-company programs
- Ability to zoom in on the details of a training while being able to zoom out to see how it fits into the bigger picture and overarching curriculum
- Experience working with Subject Matter Experts to develop new content
- Ability to be extremely creative in the delivery of content and ways to engage team members
- Coaching skills and the ability to meet others where they are and support them in their development
- A strategic thinker with a track record of process evaluation and improvement with a strong bias toward action
- Extreme ownership mindset to deliver best-in-class internal training experiences
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills, meticulous attention to detail
- Experience developing multimedia content is a plus but not required
Built’s salary range for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 USD per year. The pay range is designed to accommodate upward mobility in the role, therefore it encompasses the full span of proficiency levels for this role and we believe that the midpoint of the range is competitive in the market. Salary is just one component of Built’s total compensation package for employees.
