Responsibilities
  • Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience.
  • Establish an enduring Omni Payments Strategy and Program
  • Lead the implementation of omni payment technology
  • Identify opportunities to localize payment methods and offer consistent cross-channel capabilities
  • Leverage payment data to drive customer insights
