Requirements
  • Presently Enrolled in an Undergraduate Program in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline.
  • Proficiency with MS Office.
  • Knowledge and application of federal and state employment law, SOX Control requirements, EEO reporting and best practices preferred.
  • Excellent relationship management, project management, organizational, and time management skills and abilities.
  • Strong verbal, written, computer, multi-media sourcing outreach, communication and presentation skills, with proven ability to safeguard confidential material and information.
Responsibilities
  • Provide coordination, project, administrative and analytical support to the Human Resources team.
  • Engage in special projects within multiple HR disciplines as needed.
  • Assist with processing new hire and onboarding including: Pre-Hire and New Hire required documentation for Active Employee Files.
  • Create and update employee records in Workday / ADP Workforce Now.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and corporate procedures.
  • Maintain employee confidence and protect operations by keeping human resources information confidential.
  • Cultivate and foster positive business relationships.
  • Perform other general administrative duties as required.
