- Communicate effectively with patients, providers, staff, and leadership.
- Participate in regional manager meetings and lead daily huddles and monthly staff/provider meetings.
- Proactively partner with the Regional Manager, meet reporting deadlines, and present solutions rather than just problems.
- Oversee daily clinic operations as a hands-on, working manager.
- Support providers and staff to ensure operational and performance expectations are met.
- Manage staff schedules and overtime.
- Oversee inventory control and daily receipts and collections.
- Ensure provider schedules are accurate, efficient, and fully optimized.
- Implement new company initiatives at the practice level.
- Troubleshoot issues and make timely, solution-focused decisions.
- Proficiency with general office equipment, including scanners, fax machines, and multi-line phone systems.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Experience with electronic medical record systems.
- Understanding of Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act privacy practices.
- Familiarity with insurance plans and policies.
- Experience training and developing team members.
