Requirements
  • You have an MBA and/or relevant experience in management consulting or business operations working in a high-growth enterprise SaaS business.
  • You’re detail-oriented, yet fast-paced; you’re able to hold a high bar for work while still making quick decisions without all the data.
  • Executing with minimal guidance and in a high degree of ambiguity is exciting to you.
  • You’re excited by problems you’ve never solved before (from changing the business address to a virtual mailbox to creating the weekly metrics tracker for the leadership team).
  • You can learn how each part of the organization operates and win their trust.
Responsibilities
  • Streamline business operations and remove administration overhead from the CEO as we enter a period of rapid scale
  • Create a company scorecard that is metrics-based and build the data pipeline needed to keep a live version of this dashboard
  • Jump into time-sensitive and mission-critical projects with a great attitude and drive things to completion
  • Examples will include projects like competitor research, event planning, financial models, hiring forecasts, pricing exercises
  • Create an efficient process for sales contract reviews (i.e. redlines, NDAs, order forms, etc), partnering with sales, legal, and the CEO
  • Be the central point of contact (internal and external) for all vendor contracts and onboarding/offboarding
  • Be the procurement partner to all functions across the business (e.g. research tools and find the best solution to a business problem)
