Requirements
  • A minimum of 10 years of high-end residential construction and management experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience supervising and developing personnel.
  • Strong business acumen with expertise in financial management, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and lead in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • The role requires office-based leadership and regular on-site engagement.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain full responsibility for the financial health of all assigned projects, including budgets, forecasting, cash flow, and cost control.
  • Ensure all subcontracts, purchase orders, and change orders are properly reviewed, approved, and executed.
  • Proactively communicate financial impacts and budget updates to clients and stakeholders.
  • Monitor expenditures, billing, and collections in coordination with internal teams.
  • Oversee project schedules and ensure alignment with contractual milestones.
  • Conduct regular schedule reviews and assess impacts on cost and resources.
  • Ensure all schedule changes are communicated and approved by clients and design teams.
  • Lead final negotiations and buyout of all trades.
  • Review subcontractor proposals and provide recommendations to clients and consultants.
  • Ensure subcontractors meet contractual obligations and performance standards.
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure safety, cleanliness, and quality standards are upheld.
  • Maintain strong relationships with building management, neighbors, and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure all job sites operate in compliance with company safety and operational standards.
  • Oversee all aspects of project setup, documentation, and reporting.
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of logs, correspondence, and project records.
  • Attend key meetings and ensure consistent communication across all project teams.
  • Ensure timely completion of all required reporting to senior leadership.
  • Oversee project closeout, ensuring completion of all outstanding items.
  • Facilitate smooth transition to Service & Maintenance teams.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop Project Managers and project staff.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and support career development initiatives.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
  • Serve as a senior representative of the company in client interactions.
  • Participate in Client Relations and Management Committee meetings.
  • Support broader company initiatives and strategic efforts as required.
