Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree and 5 or more years of relevant experience, or an associate's degree and 12 or more years of relevant experience, or a high school diploma and 14 or more years of relevant experience.
  • Army, Department of Defense, or military supply experience and knowledge of applicable regulations and policies.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and other Microsoft applications.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • U.S. citizenship is required.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
  • Ability to follow all applicable Federal COVID-19 protocols for contractors.
  • Ability to perform the specified physical duties, including standing, sitting, talking, hearing, reaching, stooping, kneeling, and operating computer, telephone, and keyboard equipment.
  • Close vision sufficient for computer work; light to moderate lifting may be required; regular, predictable attendance, including quarter-driven hours as business demands dictate, is required.
  • Ability to work in a confined area and sit at a computer terminal for an extended period.
Responsibilities
  • Track and reconcile the execution of contracts, delivery orders, and requisitions using the Supportability Management Assessment Report Tool, Defense Priorities and Allocations System, and Logistics Modernization Program.
  • Manage and execute contracts, including initial issues, modifications, deliveries, discrepancies, availability, shelf-life dates, corrective actions, and stakeholder notifications.
  • Track supplier corrective actions, ensure issues are resolved, and communicate status with stakeholders.
  • Manage item substitutions and Basis of Issue in support of Product Management Offices.
  • Execute TLS and Prime Vendor Buys with the Defense Logistics Agency.
  • Collaborate with Product Management Offices and the Business Management Directorate on Army contract purchases.
  • Reconcile received items and receipts with contract and purchasing information in SMART, DPAS, and LMP.
  • Establish connections between received products and the appropriate orders, items, and Contract Line Item Numbers.
  • Issue Reports of Discrepancies on SF364 forms to the Logistics Supply Office and Product Management Offices.
  • Reconcile shipping and delivery-order information in SMART, DPAS, and LMP.
  • Initiate and reflect contract modifications and supplementary variations in SMART, DPAS, and LMP.
  • Prepare inventory status reports and assessments for leadership.
  • Research and track fiscal-year demands within SMART, DPAS, and LMP.
  • Monitor and forecast inventory demand and levels by product.
  • Integrate and plan for the 12 Integrated Product Support Elements throughout sustainment and acquisition processes.
  • Assist with planning, developing, coordinating, and executing Life Cycle Logistics support for PEO and Product Manager offices under Department of Defense acquisition and sustainment processes.
  • Assist with developing and managing logistics acquisition documentation for Product Manager Office equipment and items.
  • Develop plans and projects, determine requirements, investigate and resolve problems, interface with functions and stakeholders, prepare capital asset and operating requests, and manage functional areas.
  • Assist with logistics automation using enterprise planning tools, including GCSS-Army, DPAS, and LMP.
  • Perform other logistics tasks as needed.
  • Perform the essential functions of the job in the stated office and computer-based work environment.
Desired Qualifications
  • Equivalent experience or experience commensurate with DAWIA Level II certification in Life Cycle Logistics.
