Requirements
  • B.E/B.Tech
  • 2–6 years of experience in customer-facing quality roles, preferably in composites, automotive, aerospace, or wind energy industries.
  • Hands-on experience with quality tools: 8D, 5 Whys, FMEA, MSA, SPC, and CAPA.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and internal teams effectively.
Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary interface with customers for all quality-related matters.
  • Analyze customer complaints and non-conformances, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and drive timely corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Prepare and submit customer reports such as 8D, SCAR, and other quality documentation within defined timelines.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Production, Engineering, Supply Chain, etc.) to address customer feedback and prevent recurrence.
  • Track and analyze customer quality KPIs; lead improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in customer audits, assessments, and meetings as a TPI quality representative.
  • Ensure alignment of internal quality processes with customer specifications and expectations.
  • Support new product introduction (NPI) and engineering changes (ECN) by validating quality criteria and risk management tools like PFMEA and control plans.
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure proper implementation of containment actions and long-term solutions.
  • Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement across the plant.
Desired Qualifications
  • Knowledge of ERP and Quality Management System systems.
  • Working knowledge of ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 / AS9100 standards is desirable.
